A discount, refund, void, or child removal fires a push notification to the shift manager's phone. Approve or reject from anywhere in the building. A remote approval consumes a one-time token: it works once, and can never be replayed. Payments allow exactly one reversal, ever.

Shift Reconciliation
Shift closes that explain themselves.
At close, the system computes what the drawer should hold per payment method and compares it against the count. Surplus or shortage, to the pound, tied to a named cashier on an isolated shift. Reception and kiosk run separate shift lifecycles, so responsibility never blurs. Corporate and event bookings route through a City Ledger, away from the retail drawer.

Questions venues actually ask
What hardware do I need?
Standard NFC wristbands and off-the-shelf scanning hardware. No proprietary devices, no vendor lock-in. Bands are reusable: borrowed at check-in, recycled at checkout, so a modest stock covers a full house. Terminals are ordinary desktops, tablets, and phones running a browser.
How fast can we go live?
Your venue is created on its own subdomain within minutes of signing up, configured with your name, logo, colors, currency, and locations. Realistically, plan a few days to set tariffs, load products, and train staff. The software won't be your bottleneck.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. We've moved live venues onto JnurLoop before. Talk to support during your trial and we'll scope the import together.
What happens if we cancel or a payment fails?
Nothing dramatic, and nothing silent. A failed payment starts a 10-day grace period with full service and clear notices. After that, floor operations pause but your data stays untouched. We keep it, exportable in full, for at least six months. Deletion never happens automatically.
How do payments work, for us and for our customers?
Two different things. Your venue's POS accepts whatever your customers use: cash, card, and Instapay. Your JnurLoop subscription is billed per active location, monthly or annually. We'll share the rates with your early-access invite.
We run multiple locations. Does that work?
It's the default. Pricing is per location, staff and dashboards are location-aware, and multi-city operation within one country is supported out of the box.
Is our data really ours?
Yes, contractually and practically. Full export, complete database or per-table spreadsheets, on request, at any time, including after cancellation, for the entire retention period.
